Every church was once a church plant.

We believe that the continual work of starting new church plants is essential to carrying out the great commission.  If you live near one of the following locations, we’d love to hear from you.  If you are interested in knowing what is involved in starting an OPC church plant in your community, please contact our Home Missions Committee.

CHRIST CHURCH (DOWNINGTOWN, PA) MISSION WORK

In January of 2017 we began a 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon Bible study in Downingtown.  Our first service was April 30 and we are currently meeting at 9:30am for Sunday School and 10:30am for worship. We called Greg O’Brien as our pastor in 2018. If you live in this area and would like to be a part of this new ministry, we’d love to know about you.

PARK CHURCH (DOYLESTOWN, PA) MISSION WORK

Park Church began meeting as a small group in 2020 and is now a Mission Work of the OPC. In 2023, we called Christian Repp to be our pastor. If you live in this area and would like to be a part of this new church plant, we’d love to know about you.

FOX CHASE (NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA) BIBLE STUDY

Calvary OPC in Glenside has been working since January 2025 to get a church plant started in this area and currently has their church planting associate, Jon Jung, leading a bible study in the Fox Chase neighborhood.
